Functioning within OEM/Engineering Solutions group, the Application Engineering Department (AE) provides valued engineering and application support to the Fenner Dunlop Americas Sales and Marketing organizations through:
- Belt Recommendations - Complete and in-depth conveyor belt design, analysis, and selection is realized through the most advanced computer-aided belt engineering programs and conveyor design models available.
- Field Service - Utilizing “state-of-art” diagnostic and analysis equipment, meaningful troubleshooting and development techniques provide our customers with the “field” tools to optimize their material haulage investment.
- Seminars and Workshops - Instructional seminars and workshops, with a choice of subjects sculptured to their needs and timeframe, provide a continual learning environment for our customers and distributors.
Our “mission” is to have our customers recognize Fenner Dunlop as the leader in AE support and assistance when faced with their most difficult conveyor belting opportunities and challenges. To professionally serve that need, we are committed to providing our customers with immediate and accurate answers.
